Question How to move completed row to next empty row in different sheet

Hi, I have a sheet where I need to move an entire row into a separate sheet and then sort them by ascending date.

For example, once there is a date in Sheet1!H5, I would like the entire 5th row to move to the next empty row in Sheet2 and then sort by ascending date.

I know this works for the sorting:

    Hi Patel45,

Below is the sheet I am working on.

    Copy of Recuritment Tracking System2.xlsm

There will be three additional sheets identical to the "Devin" sheet that will be populating the "Jennifer" sheet, so that is what makes the need for the auto-populate in Jennifer's sheet.

I have made comments on the sheet and would reallllly appreciate the help.

    Thanks,
    Dan
