    Accessing the Mail Recipient function

    Hello,

In my, and I assume most everyone else's, SendTo folder there is an icon
that is labeled "Mail Recipient" which it says is type MAPIMail
How can I access this function from vb and is there a way to modify the
function. I couldn't figure out what to open it with. If I can I would like
to modify the SendTo file function to send the mail recipient a shortcut to
the document, which sits on a public drive, rather than the actual document.

    Thank you for any help,
    jordan

    Hi Jordan,
Ron de Bruin has pages on Sending Mail
he has addins (Sendmail addins) and macros the macros are a little harder to find as such (Excel Tips)
