how to change form border color?

I cannot figure out how to change a form (not a control) border color. The VBE gives you an option to do it in properties, BUT, nothing changes on the form. I want to get away from the std. MS blue border.

These are the forms in VBE.

All of the other properties work, but bordor color does not. Not even with the specialproperties thingy. (maybe i spelled it wrong)

Why is this so difficult?

But that only effects a 1 pixel border which is inside of MS standard blue border.

How do you change the color of the MS standard blue border??
