I have a table in SQL Server 2005 Express, and I want to use it as a

    Hi

Excel can pull data from sql server.
    1. Tools/PivotTable and Pivot Chart report
    2. External Data source--Next
    3. Get Data
    4. Database/New DataSource
    5. DataSource name(any you want),
    Driver: SQL,
Connect(SQL server name), Options(Database: select the database we want)
    Select a defaul table
    6. Click OK
    7. Select three fields in the query
8 .Next multiple times until finish
9, Now we have a pivot table field list with three fields
we can add them to the row/column/Page/Data Area.

This newsgroup is mainly for Excel programming, this issue seems to be more
related with how to create a pivottable in excel.
I think you may try to post in the newsgroup below.
    microsoft.public.excel

    Thanks for your understanding!
