Formula to skip uneven numbers

Hi! I have this problem where I want to sort out the uneven numbers.

I wanna do something like this.

Your thread title states you're after a formula but it seems that you're after some code (VBA) which you then want to do something with uneven numbers which also goes against the thread title

Hi, sorry for the misleading header....And now I cant change it back.

What I want to do is in the description, so dont mind the heading. I want a VBA code to round up the even numbers, for example if it becomes 3/2 I want it to be 2. Thank you Robert.
