Group of checkboxes, indicate when all true and indicate when not all true

I've got a spreadsheet where one of the tabs is a checklist for when im actioning from another tab that the user has filled in

I have 13 Checkboxes all in a group named 'DCRF-TDC Check List'

I then have a command button that I would like when clicked to enter into cell C2 'TO BE CHECKED' highlighted in red if all checkboxes in the group are false, 'PENDING' in orange if some are false and some are true, and 'COMPLETE' in green if all checkboxes in the group are true.

I can't find anything similar to this to take anything from so I'm not even sure if its possible, any help appreciated
