"Invalid Property" msg when Property Valid???

Hi - this is my first post here, thanks in advance to anyone who can help solve my problem.
My project is an insurance premium calculator using excel vba.
It works fine first time you open the form, but if the form is cleared using the "Clear Form" button then the next time through it sends up "Invalid Proprty"Messages even though the properties are valid values.
    Attached is the main code.
I can email the whole file to anyone who wants to have a crack at this.
    Thanks again.
