    for next loops>> basic information

I have 10 sets of data. Each data set contains 3 variable (ie.A,B,C)
How do i set this data up to be used in a for next loop? How do i address
each variable as i loop through the 10 data sets? Is there special syntax
needed for activating cells by range "A" in the for next loop (ie A= f2). Is
there special syntax needed for autofiltering by column "B" in the for next
    loop (ie B=3)
    --
If this is to vague i will try to give more specific examples.

Thanks in advance for helping a novice..
I know little or nothing about setting up the for next loop..
