Countif

Hi Guys - I have just spent the last hour trying to figure out how to achieve a countif....... no, not as simple as that! and i've reached a dead end!

I was wondering if someone has had to do this before or can recommend a method to achieve the count I need.

In column F of the attached WB I have a list of Products and Services. In Col G I would like to count how many times these products or service appear in Column B, however these products and services are not one value to a cell but multiple values to a cell and separated by & ... here in lies the problem.

One cell is NOT one value but could be multiple and always separated by a &!

I've never had to do this before and am struggling to come up with a reasonable method!

Any ideas folks?
