Problem with VBA code, not removing duplicates.

I have worked with the user daffodil and months ago he created a code for me to use and it has worked perfectly.
It makes a master list of products form multiple accounts and puts them into a single column so I can work pricing form there. However, the last 4 weeks it has seemed to stop removing the duplicates...I have looked over the code and copy and pasted directly form working versions but still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated. I have included the file I am currently working on as well.AUG-NOV 2015 Savings Comparisons.xlsm

Hi! I just included a button to call the macro "UpdateList", and it looks like it works OK. There are just a couple of strange results on top, but I do not know the details of the code. I attach the file.

I edited a few lines in there, mostly cosmetic but a few increased accuracy adjustments.

Clearing B4:B15000 changed to Clear B:D
Static range targeting for sorting and formatting adjusted to dynamic Last Row

Lately my personal study has taken me into Dictionaries, which might be an option if this procedure seems to take a long time.
