Anybody tell me please that why I can hide / proect / disable the Show / Hide
Sheet Tabs check box?
Please tell me in detail.

You can disable Options in the Tools menu

Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").FindControl _
(ID:=522, Recursive:=True).Enabled = False
