Copy pasting folder macro - Editing needed

Hello all,

I have a macro for copy pasting folders. But am not sure where should i add the folder path which has to be copied and the destination path where i want the folders to get pasted. Please can someone edit the macro and add a box in sheet1 where i just have to add the folder name and path (both origin and destination).
