Auto_Open stopped working - broke links

I use auto_open() to place a toolbar on the screen. It has been working fine for months. Yesterday I pasted data into the worksheet, after that whenever I opened the workbook it wanted to updated a link that did not exist. I them went in and broke the link in the dialog box provided by Excel. Auto_Open() no longer works.

I can go into the VBA editor and run Auto_Open() and the macro works correctly.

Auto_Open() just does not work when the workbook is opened.

Any Ideas?

I saved the file under a different name and Auto_Open() started working again. The original file still does not work. Interesting! But I have it working now.
