VBA, switching between excel graphics on a webite

Hi, i making a news/information board for a website in excel and i need help. I want it to have different tabs down the side to switch from menu to menu. On each menu i want active buttons, macros and anything else. I also want it to work on a website. I want to add a scrolling text box in it aswell.

It would look similar to this(excluding the tab names):
