How can i do this

I have various emails (Test ones ) below

[email protected]:pinkie2 [email protected]:nomodramqa1 [email protected]:d4/12/01 [email protected]:ladyt84 [email protected]:francois1 [email protected]:HAWAII92 [email protected]:bermuda1. [email protected]:rogelio1 [email protected]:colthall. [email protected]:bermuda1. [email protected]:wheel [email protected]:jude [email protected]:jude

I need the email address and the wording after the : to be on one line like this

[email protected]:pinkie2
[email protected]:nomodramqa1

etc etc

There is a space after the last letter and the next letter to separate these

Can any one do this

Select the cell, go to the Data menu, select "Text to columns...". Choose "delimited", click Next, check the box next to "Space" then click "Finish", this will separate the data at each space. Highlight the now-separate emails, copy them then select A2 and choose "Paste Special" from the Edit menu. Check the "Transpose" box near the bottom, then click OK.

using that method excel only lets me do 256 lines, is there anyway that i can let it add more than this
