    Question Outlook application

    Dear all,

    Could you pls show me how to design an application in Outlook.

    ex : electronic form use to get an annual leave day.
    Process :
    When I want to get an annual leave day, I will open the form, enter needed informations and then click send.
    The form will be automatically sent to HR for checking first(I still have enough annual leave day, sick leave, etc...).
    After HR checked the form will be sent to head of department for approval based on information from HR & I and then the form will be sent back to me for information(approved or rejected).

    just create a workbook with add some vba into it to reference Outlook so that when the user presses the ok button it is forwarded onto HR then create another one for HR which would then forward the details to yourself using a macro like the one you used for the staff.
