Inserting Pictures in Excel, need auto adjustment on size

I'm creating a badge for my work and I have a format in Excel for badge, but when I go to insert employee picture it is hugh and not where I want it. Any Help. I know nothing about Macros and programing.

you should just be able to insert the picture and then adjust the size with object handles and place it where you want it. if you will attach the file I would be glad to look it over.
