Ambiguous name detected - please help

I know only enough about VBA to get myself into trouble
I'm getting a compile error that reads: "ambiguous name detected: Worksheet_Change"

I've got two macros calling for a worksheet_change ... and I read that combining the two macros can resolve this. Is this true? Or is there a simpler way that a newbie such as myself can more easily understand.

Well, here are my two macros ... can somebody help me work them out so that this error goes away?
