combo boxes and calendar control easy ??'s

This should be simple but I'm struggling with it.

1) my sheet updates as my combo boxes in my user form are selected...I don't want the data to be put there until the entire form is filled out and the unload me button is pushed...how???

2) Is there a way to have no day button on a calendar control selected on startup? right now today is selected.
