Make hyperlinks named by cell value

I have a long list with dates formated like yymmdd.

I want a script that "converts" the dates to hyperlinks that are named like the cells, and stops at last cell with data.
I get a little confused because the value of cells look like 2010-01-27 and so on, but I just want it like 100127.
