checking if a sheet exists in a workbook

Assume I have a value in a cell on a worksheet. I want to see if any of the worksheets in my workbook are named the same as the value in the cell. If there is a sheet name that equals the value of the cell, I'll just send a Msgbox.

Is there an easy way to do this?
