    Convert schedules to a Calender

Here's what I might need most- What book would best help me to do the following:
    Cleaning Employees 43
    Residents 150
    Schedule times are mixed.
Where residents live (just a number)
I need a calander for the employee for the month for work schedule.
Need a calender for the resident for them to review the cleaning schedule.
Need a master calender for director will all information
Need this calender to roll over to the next month to print everything again.

Don't need to learn much do I????

    Hello Rick Z,

Excel is not the program to use for this. Since you obviously have Microsoft Office, you should use Outlook instead. It is designed to do calendars, schedules, emails, etc. There are also Outlook newsgroups you can talk with to answer questions you have.

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
