Adding a copyright non-editable footer or section in my spreadsheet

I was wondering if someone could please help me with the following questions. I haven't had much experience with Excel but I've been asked to modify a
spreadsheet to include some aspect of security. The first suggestion was to add a copyright footer that wasn't editable preferably as a footer. I would like it to appear
when printing but also appear when you open the spreadsheet in Excel.

Along with this non-editable copyright sections, is there anything else I can do to prevent users from copying the data and pasting into another spreadsheet/document. The main thing I require is something that will have our name and can’t be removed.

My final question is can I create a hyperlink in one worksheet to link to another but also use anchors to display the record I'm after along the top of the screen.

Any assistance on how these items can be accomplished or any information on where I can get more info regarding what I'm after would be much appreciated.

could you not just do page setup /header footer..

then go to tools\protection\protect worksheet. add a password.
