Compare and than Consolidating into 1 workbook

Hi,

I have been trying to figure out how to compare data from 2 different excel workbook and Consolidating it into 1 new workbook, however still no luck....

I need to run weekly reports and the data is really huge it's driving me nuts just using "Vlookup".

I remembered that the previous company I worked for; uses Marco to compare previous Day report with current Day report and it will than auotmatically consolidate it into 1 new report.

Can anyone help me one this?

Hello Giggsgal,

It is certainly possible to do this with a macro. Constructing a macro requires more information than what you posted. Could you post a copy of the workbook or post a sample of the data from both sheets and the what the the end result would be?
