    Changing worksheet, best practice

Hey,I'm pretty new to excal macros and VBA programming.

I have a problem that keeps reccuring.

I've been using 3 different ways to unprotect and select my worksheets

So far I think i've gotten errors with all of them "run time error 9" if I remember. But I don't get the error very often, I think it might have something to do with if I'm allready on the sheet im trying to select or something but I really am just guessing.

So for my question, what is the best practice for changing a worksheet? And are there any pitfall I should look out for when doing it.

Also as you might see I'm not protecting my sheets, as that caused alot of problems for me I just gave it up temporarily. So any advice on how to best do that also would be nice.
