colorindex make a color a number

I need to interrogate a number of cells, some of which are colored, I need to return the number 1 into those cells which are colored, and 0 into the blank cells.

I want to do this as a macro, I have written the following code:

It just returns all cells with a 0. I know the color I want to change is 10.

Anyhelp greatly appreciated.
