    Printing multiply workbooks.

    Hi,

    I am trying to come up with a method of printing mutiply workbooks, with one click. We carry out several types of Audits, and these are saved as dated file. I want to be able to print all the most recent audits in one click if possible. Each type of audit is saved in a different folder.

    Any suggestions welcome.

    Cheers

    Assuming you have a worksheet button, assign it this macro (or simply use the Record macro feature:

    Thanks for the reply Ray. That would be ok, but I was wondering if there was a way of opening the most recent workbook only. They are saved in the following way;

    audit24-4-07.xls
    audit26-4-07.xls
    audit27-4-07.xls

    So when I open the master sheet I would like it to open the audit27-4-07.xls

    Cheers
