Disappeared Thread ?

I'm sure I posted a thread here last week about '1004 select method of range class failed', and got a reply asking for more of the code that was causing the error......but it's disappeared ! Was I dreaming or has the thread been removed ?

I'm getting "1004 select method of range class failed" on the Range statement below. This code is preceded by a number of range selection and formula-setting statements, nothing unusual.

Worksheets("summary").Select
Range("B5").Select

Any ideas ?

If your thread had Help in the title or someother vageu discription or was posted to multiple forums it is possible it was deleted.

I did a soft delete earlier this week on 2 threads that used Help in the title and another one that had F as a title. As far as I remember though none of the threads I deleted had replies. I also have deleted several multiple posted threads. Moderators usually leave 1 thread active when threads are multi posted

As there are several moderators of this board we have had at least 1 occurances were it looks like 1 moderator has deleted 1 multi posted thread whilst another moderator was deleting the other multi posted thread
