    Post conditional formatting

    i want to create a workbook to take names and time of entry and exit time for softplay centre patrons i also want to create 2hour time slots that highlight or flash when given time slot is ending help!!!!

    Seems Easy but you should upload an example (file) sheet to better show the parameters for what you're trying to do. The sheet should not include actual (personal) data, just data the shows what you need to have done.

    You will need a timer to make it work if I'm understanding you. Play around with this and see if it give you the tools you need.

    fantastic stuff ,is there any way you could colomn F could highlight when elapsed time between colomn D and E has lapsed and how do i link the timer to data ??? please

    Try this and let me know if you have any questions. If you move any of the cells around you may have to change the VBA and or the formulas in the conditional formatting. Good Luck!
