    Here I go
    I work in Nokia as OSS engineer and want to filter the excel file that we get on daily basis as "Daily_OUTAGE_REPORT-11-04-07".
    I will tell you in STEPS.
    1. It has 12 Columns
    BSC Name,BCF name,ID,BTS name,SITE NAME,ID,START DATE,START TIME,END DATE,END TIME,HOLD TIME (sec),HOLD TIME ( MINUTES ).

    2. BSC has BCF,BCF has BTS,BTS work day and night for triaffic of Mobile.

    If u get it ....I will Continue...Please Reply HELP ME PLEASE

    If you want to filter, excel will do this automatically for you.

    Data > Filter > Autofilter

    Yes I know it But there is a problem I hope Files will make it more understanding...shall i mail u.
    But 100 Kb is linit my file is about 128Kb in rar
