vba/macro:Quries

Hi every one,
I have a big excel sheet with 30000 rows and 50 to 60 columns.
I require a macro must be in a sheet called "Quries" which filters the data from my master sheet called as "input" and gives out put into a new sheet.
The macro should provide me to choose the field to select. (consider the columns headings) for field specifications.
Help me out as i am running against the time.
