protecting all sheets at once

So I am using the following code to protect all my sheets...

Sub protect()

For Each ws In Sheets

ws.protect Password:="jan"

Next ws

End Sub

Am I able, in VBA, to set the protection attributes as well? I want to allow the user to be able to just select unlocked cells which the default has both lock and unlocked checked.
