SpreadSheet Control - Import using Code

I have created a spreadsheet object on a form in the custom properties there is an option to import.

How would I use code to import DataType HTML and specify the URL?

Im guessing that it has something to do with

UserForm1.Spreadsheet1.HTMLURL
or
UserForm1.Spreadsheet1.HTMLDATA
