Wink Command Button with a twist

Mudraker & Leith Ross were just absolutely FANTASTIC! in helping me out with various sticky procedures, and I appreciate it much more than what they would realise.

Thanks to them, I also got it right to obtain the drive letter of a cd-rom and by using a Hyperlink, I can access another application on the cd-rom, and then on closing that application return to the active worksheet.

However, I would prefer to have a command button doing that for me instead of a Hyperlink. What would a procedure look like to create such a command button where the drive letter of the cd-rom is displayed in say cell A1 and to get the command button to respond to that drive letter say E:\ or D:\ and do what the Hyperlink does.

Am I asking too much this time?

    Thank you.

Don't know.... the example from your previous posts show a command button not a hyperlink ,

there should be no change in code, all your doing is changing the event that activates the code,
