Find a country against code

Dear Experts

My table has following columns:
Code, Country
and data in Table is as

1----India
2----Iran
3----Iraq

All data was filled by UserForm, the UserForm has two textboxes i.e txtcode and txtcountry

Now the question:
If I enter some code that is already exists in Table then txtcountry should display country from Table

Suppose I enter 3 in (txtcode) then (txtcountry) should display Iraq.
If value does not exists then a messagebox should appear as "Code not found"

Please help

Dear Sir,

Your zip file contains solution that I really needed.
