    Converting to Upper Case

I received this VBA Macro from this forum, which is exactly what I need. However....I need to change it.
I want to format Columns (A:E), skip Columns (F:H), and then continue the formatting for Columns (I:Z). I have tried the ReDim, but don't know how to format the variable.
Here is the current formula I am using. Also, I am very new to VBA programming, could anyone tell me what the "TCell" is; I am assuming(!) that it means "Target Cell".....thanks...great forum....has been a lot of help.
