Insert Picture

I have the following macro attached to a button. When pressed, the macro inserts a picture, positions and resizes it. Rather than select a specific picture, I want the macro to bring up the Insert Picture Dialogue Box. Once the user selects the picture, the macro would then continue positioning and resizing it.

Any ideas?
