I have a bit of time to look at your work send me the sample here [email protected]
    Denis

Please always attach the sample workbook without sensitive information when asking for help

    To add a module
Press Alt + F11 (this is the Visual Basic Environment)
    Insert Menu, select Module
    Past code there
    Close Visual Basic Environment (X)

How do you expect help, if you can't be bothered to post the question correctly - some example of code & or formulas might help. Trimming the workbook to attach it would be better.

I certainly would not give my email address out as jetted did.
    Hope that helps.

Halpo, a good start would be to record your actions using the macro recorder, it does give a lot of code you don't need but its a good way to see how the macro progresses and what it does along the way, once you have done this post back with a specific question rather than asking someone to perform the whole task for you from top to bottom!

Halpo, you have not complied with the rules of the forum, your titles have no descriptive information, you have duplicate posted, you have not done any work yourself or posted any example to go with the very poor explanation you have given.

    This thread is now locked
Please feel free to post again with a specific question to a specific problem, be descriptive and supply any code you have been working on in order to assist those that may help you, whenever possible supply a sampleworksheet with the structure you are working with.
