Find value with joint of 2 column

In column H of TOTALE_1 have a value.
I want to find each value in column H of TOTALE_1 in the joint of column F and G of ESSERE and if is present the same value in column H of sheet TOTALE_1 insert in column H of sheet ESSERE the value "FOUND"
