    Question Why Declare Immediatly?

It just hit me that I declare all my variables at the top of my all my sub routine and it seems to be how everyone else does it.

The question is, why at the top?

Why declare all of the variables @ the top instead of just waiting till the one line before the program needs it?

Common sense - neat, tidy & easy to find
    Hope that helps.
