Using Check box to select code to Run

    Hi

I have a macro that prints a booklet which gets pages from different workbooks

I want to be able to include/exclude certain pages by the use of a checkbox IE if ticked it will include gender report.

Can anyone help me with the code for this or direct me to an article that gives instructions.

Also should I use the checkbox from the control toolbox or forms?

    Cheers
    Sam

Why not just use an "X" in a cell:

yeah your right, but will probably use a check box and link the code to the True/false linked cell
