unzipping excel-vba tutorial

I have down loaded an excel-vba tutorial file. The instruction was to right click on the file name and then click on "Extract All". But when I right clicked on the file, the "Extract All' did not appear. The site of the tutorial has not responded when I asked what I should do. This is a Windows 7 computer. Should I down load Winzip to unzip the tutorial?

You can also double click the zipfile, then open each of the files in it and "save as" for each one.

Thank you. This led me to downloading Winzip and the tutorial has now been unzipped so I can use it.
