Sending macro to other users

Hi,
I have a couple of macros that I use and are saved in a spreadsheet (I can't save them in a personal folder because of permissions on the network). Anyway I would like to send this to another person for them to be able to use. Is there a particularly good way of doing this so that they can get the toolbar button automatically or anything?
