Compile error has suddenly started happening

Hi all,

a compile error:

Expected Function or Variable


has just started happening in my code.
the debugger highlights (in grey) the 'rows.' entry in the 3rd statement:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

this was working fine earlier, and I'm not sure what I have done to stop this working.
Can anybody advise?
