Copy Cell In Adjacent Worksheet To Same Cell In Active Worksheet

I am trying to write a macro that will copy the contents of (for example) cell "D45" in the worksheet imediately to the right of the Active Sheet, to same cell "D45" in the Active Sheet (I want to use a button to automate copying "yesterday's unchanged data" into the same cell for "today's" data without the need to type it all over again).

This will bring in the value of the cell, as distinct from any formula. It doesn't check to make sure that there is a valid sheet to the right.
