excel problem with web

I have built a form using the vb in excel and also created a form button to use to get to the form to input data onto an excel worksheet this works fine. I would like to make it a web page when i do the button that get to the form does not work.any ideas???

I have tried making a hyper link in word to the page that works but when i submit the form i get an error.

the error reads

runtime error 1004 worksheet of object_global failed.

the line of code that it points to when debugging is

set ws = worksheets("TimeOffData")

Unfortunately, VBA does not work when saving as a web page.
