New worksheet based on stats

I have an xls file with percentages for employees. I want all employees on sheet 1 with a total % <= 15% to appear on a new worksheet.

For example, james boline would appear on this new worksheet since his total % is 9%. Any idea of how I can do this? I have attached the file as txt since this site won't let you attach xls files. Thanks in advance.

Ideally, I want to take the names that appear on the new sheet and automatically fill out a form.

You need to zip .xls to attach. If the text file is exactly how you have set up your sheet then I would suggest that you redesign it with a proper tabl, up, then use a Pivottableset see the attached example

Thanks, but I don't think a Pivot table is going to work. I want to take the employees on the Data worksheet with Total % values that are <= 15 and put them on a new worksheet (see the Updated Data worksheet in Pivot2). Is there a way to do this automatically (i.e., programmatically)?
