Final Program Tuneup and suggestions

I'm attaching a rough draft of the program that I will be using to analyze a bunch of data. I was hoping y'all could take a look at it and offer suggestions, feedback, and possible solutions to the higher level search function I'm trying to insert on it.

Included with this ZIP file is the Excel file with the programs on it, two access databases (one that shows how I need it to look when it is done and one that shows what I will have to start with), one space demmented excel file, and a readme.txt that has my objectives for the program listed.
