VBA Macro to export to Outlook

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out.

I am trying to find out if there is a macro/VBA that will allow you to select a row of an excel table (maybe by getting the user to enter a row number via a message box) and then take this information and enter it into an E-Mail automatically.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?
