Calls Attended

Hi experts,

I need to find the Highest & Lowest call attended by Junior & Senior.

Eg. I had attached the excel list, here sheet 1 contains name, process, designation, no of calls attended by the candidate. In sheet 2 I need to count no of designation from the sheet 1 on process wise & I need to count the no of calls attend by Juniors & Seniors.

Kindly let me know if my question is not clear.
